Explore the Bible Students is a Bible curriculum for middle- and high-school students, published quarterly as print books and ebooks, as well as digitally through Lifeway’s Ministry Grid web portal. Over the six years I have edited this curriculum line, my responsibilities have involved:

• content editing, copy editing, and proofreading
• collaborating with writers to clarify, strengthen, and polish content
• writing supplemental digital content and daily student readings for the Daily Discipleship Guide
• flowing written content into InDesign
• formatting sources and content according to internal style guidelines, The Chicago Manual of Style (CMOS), and the Christian Writer’s Manual of Style
• managing freelancers; submitting contracts to our legal team
• coordinating task workflow within our team
• scheduling deadlines and managing our team publishing calendar
• distributing files to ebook developers, product specialists, customer service representatives, marketing
• populating files on our digital curriculum platform using the Ministry Grid backend
• posting files and scheduling weekly blog posts using WordPress
• providing feedback to graphic designers and video production teams on visual aids (posters, animated videos, social media graphics
